Lenovo is currently the number one PC manufacturer in the world. Lenovo is my favorite computer company, in fact, they are my favorite company in general. The reason for that is that they innovate. There are much more reasons that I will cover later on, but I'm gonna focus on how they innovate. Lenovo was the first company to try something new, and make a laptop that can turn into a tablet, when they first released the original Yoga. They took a risk to try something new, and it was a great innovation. Now, many other PC manufacturers are imitating Lenovo's hinge design. As of the end of last year, Lenovo released the Yoga 3 Pro, which has this new watchband hinge that can make the laptop just as reliable but much thinner. In my opinion, it is an absolute feat in innovation and engineering. Nothing was done like this before, and it is a great design. The Yoga Tablets are also an example of Lenovo trying something new, innovating along the way. By designing such a stand that can hold an extra large battery, consumers can have more convenient ways to use the product, and also have much more battery life.
Lenovo's reliability ratings is #1 amongst laptops and desktops. I have the Lenovo H530s, and it has never failed me. Lenovo does cooling great, the computer is super quiet, and there is really little dust that gets into the computer. I also have the C340, and same goes with that computer. I had an HP Pavilion and a Dell XPS that failed within 2 years, and support was terrible. My experience with Lenovo's support was seamless. I spilled water on my computer's keyboard, and they replaced it, and said that they would do it even though it is an accident, and my warranty didn't cover accidental protection. Lenovo really knows how to make reliable, quality products, and their customer service backs that up.
Lenovo truly listens to their customers. Consumers complained over the new redesigned Trackpoint buttons, and Lenovo listened, and brought them back on their 5th generation Intel ThinkPads. They constantly evolve and make in products in result of their consumers. In fact, Ashton Kutcher, a Lenovo engineer, did interviews with different focus groups, including elders, kids, and much more, seeing what they want, and using that feedback on the next product.
